Henry is a senior innovation, product and ecosystem leader with 25+ years across defence, transport, AI, autonomy and public-purpose innovation.
His career includes senior roles at BAE Systems Digital Intelligence and Connected Places Catapult, with advisory and academic affiliations linked to the University of Southampton, UKRI Trustworthy Autonomous Systems, Responsible AI UK and the IET.
His work focuses on translating complex technology into structured portfolios, investable programmes and measurable impact — particularly where technical opportunity is strong but the path to market or stakeholder alignment is unclear.
